Services
Service is the core of what we do, and our goals are a restored or repaired piece of equipment and a satisfied customer. We respectfully request your patience as we strive to meet these goals. As one of the few “brick and mortar” facilities in southern Arizona, we often find our workload is more than two full-time technicians can manage–and still maintain our standard of service and quality. We won’t cut corners or overlook emergent problems that all too frequently surface when we’re working on vintage stereo equipment that might not have been opened or serviced in decades.
Unfortunately, this sometimes means customer items might have a long turnaround time to full repair. A couple of weeks can sometimes stretch to a couple of months while we accurately diagnose problems, source parts, and complete repairs on dozens and dozens of pieces. Throughout the process, we’ll strive to keep you informed with detailed information on the issues discovered and the costs associated with the repair.
As always we stand behind our work. If an item we’ve repaired requires attention for the same issue within 90-days of our completed work, we’ll fix it for free. So, once again, we appreciate your patience and hope your Hi-Fi Workshop experience leaves you fully satisfied and your special stereo gear fully repaired.
